So my plan is to update each week on Sunday. I will try to capture a synopsis of my training, how it went and miles covered. I will also just kind of put things out there.
Miles this week: 11.72
How I felt: Overall felt really good this week. Runs seem to overall go well.
Results: On Saturday as part of my run I ended up turning in a 31+ minute 5K. Saturday also taught me I am not ready for HR zone training. That is a good point to know. I will keep plugging away.
Funny thing I do while running is make up conversations between my running partners and I.


On Tuesday these two clowns jumped a deer about 1 meter from us on the connector trail to our main trail. Pepper was closer to the deer and here is how I feel the conversation went.
Pebbles: What the fuck was that?
Pepper: It was a damn deer that we spooked!!
Pebbles: Girl it is way to early for a beer!!!!
Pepper: <SIGH> damn kids today.
